Michael founded Neetek in 2006 to help companies bridge the gaps that often result when trying to create a comprehensive IT strategy with limited headcount and a finite budget. He constantly encountered these challenges in his career prior to Neetek where he held IT Management positions at various companies of different sizes in a wide variety of industries but always had this same problem. It seemed difficult to find an IT company that could be flexible enough to meet all of the constantly changing IT needs driven by the business, especially at tech startups and other fast growing companies, and that is how Neetek started. In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with his son, riding motorcycles, and has a passion for good food and wine.
Interim Chief Financial Officer
Brian brings an extensive corporate law and accounting background to Neetek, having practiced accounting and law for 22 years before transitioning to providing C-level consulting services to a variety of companies, ranging from personal services to high-tech. Brian started his career at the then Big-8 accounting firm Arthur Andersen, before moving to Silicon Valley-based law firms Brobeck, Cooley and Gray Cary (now DLA Piper), and then founding his own law firm in San Francisco. In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time in Lake Tahoe, watching his son’s travel baseball team and his daughter’s musicals, and attending live music events.
Diana is responsible for Neetek’s centralized dispatch and scheduling, as well as Accounting and Human Resources. Prior to joining Neetek, she provided bookkeeping and operations support to Neetek and other customers through her own consulting business for 11 years. Prior to that, she was Director of Marketing at GoIndustry DoveBid. In her free time, Diana enjoys her family, being outdoors in the Bay Area and volunteers her time to youth education, arts and sport groups.
Ed is a well-travelled man who has visited pretty much every major metropolitan area in the world doing IT installations prior to Neetek at KKR where he was a Principal responsible for the global IT network, and GoIndustry DoveBid where he was Network Manager also responsible for their global IT network. Now focused on the Bay Area, Ed primarily works on cloud systems, information security, and network engineering. In his spare time, Ed coaches his son’s basketball team, is a Dance Dad for his daughter, plays classical piano and likes photography.
Lead Solutions Consultant
Jonathan has had a passion for IT ever since his college days where he earned his Associate of Science in Information Technology as well as Fiber Optics at Heald College. Working at AT&T as a Fiber Optic Technician, he then made the move to an IT career and became Staff Consultant at Aethion Systems Integration. Then, most previous to his post at Neetek, Jonathan was IT Manager at Dynavax Technologies. In his free time, Jonathan is a huge Bay Area sports fan and volunteers his time to his children’s school.
Reid brings over 15 years of experience in IT upon joining Neetek in 2013. He started at the Help Desk level early on in his career at Robertson Stephens & Co., then moving on to Charles Schwab as System Administrator, then to Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation as Senior Systems Administrator, and finally to his most recent post prior to Neetek where he was Systems Engineer at Eze Castle Integration. In his free time, Reid is a world traveler and also likes to go fishing, cook, play guitar and spend time with his family.
Rudy started his 20-year well-rounded IT career in the field working on many types of systems, everything from point-of-sale and PBX to network and server systems for companies like Cisco and Juniper. Rudy then took this diverse skill set to a 10+ year run in corporate IT, working for tech companies like Tumbleweed Communications and Critical Path. Rudy’s most recent post prior to Neetek was at Eze Castle Integration where he was a lead tech in their San Francisco office. In his free time, Rudy is an EDM DJ, an avid gamer, a certified aircraft pilot for single-engine aircraft, and also practices Tai-Chi.
Nicholas ("Nik") brings over 15 years of experience in IT upon joining Neetek in 2018. He worked at startups Technorati Media (later acquired by Synacor) and Glu Mobile before moving to the venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins, where he served as System Administrator. His primary responsibility at Kleiner included VMware backup and maintenance, Symantec Endpoint Suite support and Tier 3 escalation. In his spare time, Nik enjoys hiking the East Bay’s amazing trails with his wife, tinkering on a custom computer projects, and PC gaming with his friends.
Help Desk Specialist
Juan joined Neetek after interning at The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI) as a Help Desk Technician. Juan graduated from Year Up, a San Jose nonprofit where students receive mentoring and IT training while earning college credits and the opportunity to intern at prestigious tech companies. Juan’s interest in IT has turned into a passion, and he wants to pursue his education to become a Network Engineer while also working towards becoming a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). In his free time, Juan enjoys playing the drums, basketball, and hiking.
Help Desk Specialist
In 2008 Romyr (Rome) decided to pursue a career in IT. He attended Heald College and graduated witha degree in Information Technology with emphasis in Network Security. After graduation, Rome worked at Google, DreamWorks, NVidia, LinkedIn, and most recently Airbnb, as an IT Support Specialist. Rome regards his time working for the Chrome OS team during 2009-2011 as a career highlight, as he was responsible for repairing and provisioning Developer units and installing Developer Chrome OS. In his free time, Rome enjoys cutting hair and spending time with family and friends.

A recent graduate of Cal State East Bay, IT has always been part of Aaron's career aspirations, starting with building computer systems in high school, his IT career has grown and has included working for companies including Apple and GeekSquad, specializing in troubleshooting, hardware repair, and world class customer service. Recently, Aaron worked to grow a culture of excellent and responsive service at College Track. In his free time, Aaron is an avid gamer and a huge Los Angeles Lakers fan.
Help Desk Specialist
Caleb started his career in the tech industry as a Year Up student and worked his way into earning an internship at Tesla. He continued to pursue a technical career and was at PlayStation as an IT Support Specialist before joining Neetek. Caleb aspires to continue his education and become a network engineer. He spends his free time learning new skills in diverse areas such as Photoshop and 3D printing.
Stuart brings a wealth of Financial Services industry-specific IT experience to the table here, where he was IT Director at Apex Capital and previous to that Systems Administrator at KKR. Along with his role at Neetek, he’s also an entrepreneur and actively involved in the FinTech industry via his own firm, Renascent Technologies. Our affiliation with Renascent Technologies provides an expanded scope and geographical reach in our service offering. In his free time, Stuart loves to go scuba diving, race cars and spend time with his family.
