TeamViewer allows for instant support service by allowing a Neetek technician to control a remote computer.
Click on Download TeamViewer below and when you are prompted, click "Run the Application." Once the application is ready, your computer will ask if TeamViewer has permission to make changes to your computer. Click "Yes." The program will then be installed on your computer when needed.
If a problem arises, contact Neetek and let the technician know that TeamViewer is installed. The Neetek technician will ask you to open TeamViewer on your computer and follow the prompts. The technician will also open TeamViewer on his/her computer. To sync the two computers, you will need to enter a unique ID and password. Then the Neetek technician is able to control your computer.
